Yes . We offer pan-india delivery for our cookies with only exceptions of a few states i.e Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar & Lakshadweep islands.

What is manual payment option?
We have added a manual payment option for your convenience, if you choose manual payment option , we will send you a QR code or a pay link to complete your payment using UPI. Pay links will be valid for 24 hours only and your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours of order placement. Please note : selecting this option does not mean COD.

Yes we do. As a matter of fact all our cookies are 100% eggless and soft-baked by nature so that every one can enjoy them.

Do you offer Cash on delivery?
Unfortunately due to perishable nature of our cookies we do not offer COD as of now. We are a small business and this is done to minimize RTO risks and protect our revenues from fraudulent activities. However, please be assured that in case of wrong order received, order not received we will reship your cookies or offer you a complete refund. We have a dedicated team that takes care of after sales services and you can always reach out to us via instagram , WhatsApp or write to us @ hello.cookiequest@gmail.com. As a foundation stone for trust building we recommend you start by placing small orders. and as you keep on liking our cookies (which we are sure you will) we would be happy to bake more and more for you.

How will you deliver my cookies?
Your order will be shipped by standard shipping (takes3-4 days). Same or next day delivery in Delhi NCR. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Our Delivery partners will vary depending on your PIN code . A tracking ID will be shared with you via email once your order is shipped. Note : if you think your address faces delivery problems with some specific partners, you can always mention delivery partner of your choice in special requests. Eg; "Please ship via Amazon shipping or Delhivery only"

What if my cookies don't reach me on time or gets lost during shipping?
We understand that not getting your order delivered on time can be frustrating. To avoid any inconvenience to our customers , we actively monitor performances of our delivery partners in terms of handling, on time delivery and smooth customer experience . However despite our best efforts some orders do get misrouted or delayed due to supply chain issues. If that happens to you , please be assured that we will offer a complete refund or replacement of your order depending on situation.
