Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds & Replacements
We value your trust and ensure every cookie is freshly baked with love and care. However, if you receive a wrong item, please contact us on our email: hello.cookiequest@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the shipping label (airway bill number)

A photo and video of the parcel received
If verified and approved, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement of your order

A full or partial refund, depending on the issue
Refunds are processed within 9–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable & Fraudulent Situations
We do not provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Missed deliveries due to unavailability at the delivery location

Tampered shipping labels or fraudulent claims
We take shipping fraud seriously. If we find evidence of label tampering or attempt to mislead, the refund/replacement request will be automatically rejected, and the account may be flagged for future order denial.
Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer
Please note that in rare cases where delivery issues arise due to third-party logistics partners—such as incorrect items being delivered—we do not offer monetary refunds. However, upon verification of the issue, we will be happy to offer either:

A re-dispatch of the correct items, or

A coupon code of equivalent value, valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
